The questions buyers actually have.

What counts as a seat?: A seat is one named person on your team. Viewer seats are read only and free to invite, so stakeholders can follow scouting lists, evaluations and pipeline progress without touching the work. Paid seats can run searches, score companies and move candidates forward.
Can we mix plan types across one team?: Yes. A working team usually pairs a few paid seats with Viewer seats for the people who only need to watch. If you want a specific split across a larger group, tell us how your team is structured and we will map it out with you.
What happens when we outgrow Basic?: Basic covers the core scouting workflow with limits on projects and longlist size. When you hit those limits, or you want AI data insights on the shortlist, Premium removes the caps. You can move up without losing any of your existing projects or history.
Is there a trial?: You can start on the free Viewer tier and sign up without talking to us first. If you want to run a proper evaluation with your team on a paid plan, book a demo and we will walk through the fit before you commit.
How does billing work?: Basic and Premium are billed per seat, either monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves 20 percent against the monthly rate. Custom is priced on demand because it includes service and contractual terms that depend on your setup.
What does the Integrated Database add-on give us?: It opens the full integrated database on top of your plan, so searches draw from a much wider set of company profiles. If your scouting reaches into niche or emerging fields, that broader coverage is where the strongest matches tend to hide.
